We would like to let you know of changes being made within our Characterisation Facility, to be implemented on 1 April 2015. These are predominantly a small increase in the cost of the charges for the use of equipment, which were last increased on 1 April 2013. We hope that by informing you in advance you will be able to budget accordingly for the implementation later this year.

To remind you, our charging structure aims to recover operational and consumable costs only, and that we do not charge for operator time, unless interpretation of results or additional analysis is required.
